Down in the dell
Set in a grassy spot surrounded by native woodland trees is The Dell, home to our two wooden cabins – The Cabin and The Castle. The two handmade wooden holiday cabins share a lawn dotted with wildflowers and a large communal firepit. It’s a lovely area for groups to gather, while still giving you your own private space.
What is in the Holiday cabins?
Both cabins are equipped with your own kitchen including an oven, fridge (with small freezer in the top), pots ‘n’ pans, glasses & cups, cutlery, plates & bowls. You have the use of our heated luxury loo & shower block just across the track and you have a compost loo behind the cabin too.
You are welcome to use the big fire pit in the Dell, but both cabins have a small fire bowl with a BBQ tripod just outside.
All you need to bring is food, drinks, towels & toiletries.

The Cabin (hot tub cabin)

On the porch of this cosy cabin you’ll find a dining table and chairs, along with a wood-fired hot tub. Inside are a double and single bed, a kitchenette with everything you need, and steps up to a king-size mezzanine bed.
Some wood will be provided to get the wood burner going inside the cabin and enough wood will be provided to get the hot-tub up to temperature. The hot-tub wood burner will be ready to light and it takes around two hours to heat up. More wood can be purchased on site.
The Dell is A beautiful area for families or groups of friends to hire exclusively!
The Castle
Sleeps 5 (Max 4 adults for comfort)
Through the wooden door of our Wooden Castle on Wheels you’ll find a cosy space with a wood burner, king-size bed, single futon, and kitchenette. A ladder takes you up to a mezzanine with a dining table and views across The Dell. The table can convert into a double bed, making The Castle suitable for up to five (although a maximum of four adults is ideal for comfort).
